Protection Blessing

Light conquers darkness
Good overcomes evil
Love destroys apathy
The Goddess protects Her children and the God looks after His own
Be pure of intention and be aware of your connection to the Universe and to all beings
Rest easy in the surety of safety from harmful energy, no matter its source
Be shielded by the God's arms that hold you, hidden in the folds of His cloak
Be sheltered by the Goddess's love, wrapped in the warmth of Her caring
Bow your head and receive Their blessings and protection
(right knee) I bless and protect you in the name of Gaia, Mother Earth.
Feel Her strength flowing up into you, like a stone wall surrounding you and blocking any harmful energy that is sent towards you.
(left shoulder) I bless and protect you in the name of Horus, Warrior god of Egypt. Feel His sense of purpose, His ability to persevere through all adversity like the patience of the eagle as it hunts on the updrafts that life will send.
(right shoulder) I bless you and protect you in the name of Thor, god of thunder and lightning. Feel His hammer as it sends out bolts of white fire to destroy all harmful intentions and energy that are attacking you.
(left knee) I bless you and protect you in the name of the "Woman of the Jade Skirt", whose name is "Chalchiuhtlicue" to the Aztecs and is a mighty water goddess. Feel her change you into a fish to keep you safe in the oceans of life, fully adapted and able to handle all that comes your way.
(forehead) I bless you and protect you in the name of the Divine, however you call upon it. Trust in Deity's love for you; learn the lessons of power and responsibility that are part of the path. Let those who would put harm upon you feel the effect of the Three Fold Law; let their own harm be
returned to them. Be safe in your mind and heart and body from any and all harmful energies, no matter their source. They cannot penetrate the shield of the God and Goddess, they cannot get past the sword of the Divine. You are protected.
